Computes the internal coordinate range of each selected axis.

internMinThe buffer that receives the minimum internal coordinates.
internMaxThe buffer that receives the maximum internal coordinates.
axesThe axes whose ranges to compute.
masterIdThe associated master identifier used to restrict glyph-local-axis layer values, or
nilto include layers associated with every master.
Discussion
The output buffers use the order of axes and must each provide space for axes.count values. Master layers and Intermediate layers contribute coordinate values. The default value of a glyph-local axis also contributes to its range. When masterId is provided, a glyph-local axis uses only layer values associated with that master. This does not restrict font-axis values or the default value of a glyph-local axis. A minimum greater than its corresponding maximum indicates that no qualifying value was found.
